The Lechweg stands for moderate long-distance hiking through an alpine region where impressions are experienced for eternity. The start of the Lechweg is at an altitude of 1,793 metres near the Formarinsee lake and ends at an altitude of around 800 metres in Füssen. The Lechweg leads from the high mountains to the foothills of the Alps. A large part of the trail has a slight gradient, making this trail the perfect excursion tip for everyone. This nature trail winds picturesquely along the mountains with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain range.
