- Single room supplement: for all categories (except single room) € 45,00 per person/day
- Half-board deduction (bed and breakfast only): € 15.00 per person/day
- Dogs: cleaning fee € 15 per dog/day (without food), access to wellness and restaurant area not allowed
- Short-Stay: for less than 4 nights short-stay surcharge of € 10,00 per person/nightt
- Children 6 to 17,9 years € 5,00 per child/night

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only valid in writing.
- From 3 days before the start of the vacation or no-show we charge 80 % of the booked stay.
- 28 to 4 days before the start of the vacation we charge 50 % of the arrangement price.
- Up to 29 days before the start of the vacation no cancellation fees will be charged.

We recommend you a travel insurance. You have the option to either book insurance through us when you make your reservation, or you can ask your insurance company for advice.
